The Psychometric Properties Data Analyst Manager is a subject-matter expert responsible for the curation, maintenance, and enhancement of psychometric properties data within IQVIA's COAA / COA Accelerator platform.
This role requires advanced expertise in the development, validation, and evaluation of Clinical Outcome Assessment instruments with a focus on reliability, validity, and ability to detect change.
The position plays a critical part in ensuring that psychometric data are robust, accurate, up-to-date, and fit-for-purpose for regulatory, scientific, and client use.
