Base: $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 monthly; Bonus/Equity: performance driven, commission based off department/net, and bonuses based on manufacturer approvability, department production; Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Plans, Paid Holidays & PTO, Disability, Life Insurance, 401(k), ESPP, Wellness Programs

Key Requirements

• 2-3 years Assistant Service Manager experience
• Toyota Brand experience preferred
• Spanish speaking preferred
• Basic mechanical understanding
• Acceptable driving record
• Valid driver's license
