Job Summary

  • Own the enterprise activation and bring to life our differentiated Nordstrom Employee Value Proposition and Employer Brand across the talent lifecycle, showcasing the uniqueness of Nordstrom.
  • Develop the Employer Brand Strategy and creative approach for video, digital, and physical assets – partnering with our Creative, Comms, Recruitment Marketing, Talent Attraction, and Talent Enablement and Culture teams on campaigns for Scaled Events, New Store Openings, hard-to-hire markets, career enablement programs, and corporate internships.
  • Manage the strategy, content, and operational rigor of our Career Site – ensuring our “front door” is engaging, driving application volume, and measuring its success through data insights.
