Job Summary
This role plays a critical role in enabling Retail Operations to transform operations in a way that strengthens how we operate and deliver for our customers at scale.
You will support the EGM Retail Operations and its Leadership Team by driving strategic planning, operational execution, governance, financial and workforce management, and risk management across the business.
We support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half their time connecting in office.
