Salary
Base: $77,550 - $113,740; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k) match, 80 hours holidays plus PTO

Must-have
5+ years in manufacturing maintenance
High School Graduate with post-secondary education
Knowledge of FDA regulations and QMS
Experience coordinating contractors and projects
Ability to manage staff performance and training

Key Requirements
Minimum 5+ years technical or maintenance experience in manufacturing
High School Graduate with relevant post-secondary education
Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS)
Understanding of U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations
