The primary purpose of this job is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their care plan and supervisor directions.
The role involves assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility, while maintaining confidentiality and reporting any changes or incidents promptly.
Employees are expected to cooperate with inter-departmental personnel to ensure nursing services meet resident needs and participate in regular nursing reports and shift meetings.
