  • This role facilitates the highest quality of EMS care and protection for customers and employees at the MVP Arena.
  • The incumbent must possess and maintain New York State Paramedic certification without any disciplinary action taken against them.
  • If the MVP Arena EMS is the primary agency, the employee must maintain skills and complete 20 hours of CME per year.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Respond to medical emergencies at MVP Arena
  • Check BLS and ALS equipment prior to events
  • Manage sick patients independently
  • File reports compliant with NYS DOH Regulations

Nice-to-have

  • Self-starter able to manage alone
  • Works closely with EMS department employees
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Key Requirements

  • Online paramedic with at least 5 years continuous service
  • NYS Certification as a Paramedic
  • Maintain ACLS, BCLS, and PALS certifications
  • Must have some weekend availability
  • Meet two event a month work requirement when applicable
