Key Requirements

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing
  • Experience in retail or 24/7 operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Work order management systems experience
  • CMMS experience preferred
