The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring adherence to FDA regulations, Quality Management Systems, and driving continuous improvement through the Integer Production System.
You will lead cross-functional teams, supervise technicians, and act as a coach for other engineers while maintaining a calm demeanor in a constantly changing production environment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years progressive engineering experience
Medical device manufacturing experience required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
6-Sigma Green Belt certification minimum
Quality Management System (QMS) adherence
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in engineering preferred
Black Belt Six Sigma certification
Cross-functional team leadership skills
Mentoring and coaching capabilities
Positive can-do attitude in high-energy environment
Key Requirements
Minimum 7 years of engineering experience
Must have medical device manufacturing background
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
6-Sigma Green Belt certification mandatory
PMP or equivalent project management training preferred
