Job Summary

  • The Prep/Bar Back will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service to all guests that is consistent and continually in accordance with the Epicurean Hotel [Hotel Name] service standards and Mainsail Lodging & Development standards.
  • The Bar Back will also be responsible for helping all other staff and operations to maintain a well-organized, clean, and well-stocked outlet.

Key Requirements

  • Previous hospitality experience
  • Minimum 1-year experience in restaurant or bar
  • Knowledge and experience with beer, wine, and liquor
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working on a team
  • Ability to use technology (computers, tablets, iPads, POS)
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
