Job Summary

  • The Director provides strategic leadership for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of transfer pathways, articulation agreements, onboarding processes, and support services designed to promote persistence, retention, and degree completion.
  • The Director will work collaboratively with academic leadership, advising units, the Registrar, and community college partners to ensure that UAPB is a destination institution for transfer and adult students and that credit mobility is transparent, efficient, and student-centered.
