Job Summary
The affiliate Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & HSE position’s purpose is to support Lilly in developing and executing the people strategy through talent acquisition, talent development, and the creation of a safe environment with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) plans.
As a trusted subject matter expert (SME), this role partners closely with business leaders to identify, attract and retain a diverse and inclusive workforce within a safe environment where all employees feel welcomed, respected, heard, and valued.
Design and deliver affiliate-specific L&D initiatives that support compliance, leadership and employee development.
