Job Summary

  • As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will advise managers in handling current HR files and provide administrative and operational support to HR business partners and the HR technician in their duties.
  • You will collaborate closely with the various HR centers of expertise and will realize yourself in the following tasks and functions: Exercise, in current human resources files, an advisory role with managers, supporting them in the consistent application and interpretation of HR policies, programs, processes and collective agreements, including disciplinary and administrative management of human resources.
