  • This role is responsible for daily operations of the Tool Room, Mechanical Design, and Tool & Gage teams, ensuring reliable, consistent, and high-quality support to production work cells.
  • Lead and develop teams of hourly employees, fostering a positive, respectful, and safe work environment while setting and upholding expectations for EHS compliance, quality standards, and productivity.
  • Apply technical expertise and lean methodologies to analyze problems, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
