Job Summary
The primary responsibilities will be to teach poultry and preventive medicine within veterinary and graduate school curricula and to lead outreach efforts in support of Ohio’s poultry producers and veterinarians.
Faculty effort is anticipated to be approximately evenly divided between teaching and outreach, with smaller portions of the appointment devoted to scholarly activity and professional or academic service.
This position is part of a larger hiring effort within the College of Veterinary Medicine to support the creation of a Center for Emerging Infectious Diseases as a component of the Protect OHIO initiative.
