The role requires designing and delivering customized workshops on topics such as Change Management, Decision Making, Design thinking, and Leadership programs.

Must-have
5+ years Talent Development experience
LMS platform management (Cognota, Degreed)
Virtual and in-person training facilitation
Change Management and Leadership workshops
Project management of participant activities
Nice-to-have
Experience with DISC and 360 assessments
Knowledge of 70/20/10 learning philosophy
Ability to work across multiple time zones
Strong presentation and communication skills
Collaborative approach in fast-paced environment
