Job Summary

  • This position serves as a critical strategic partner in JLL's talent acquisition and retention efforts, directly supporting high-stakes investment decisions for top-performing producers.
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of investment packages for new producer hires and retention packages for high-performing existing talent, including signing bonuses, forgivable loans, and performance incentives.
  • Prepare polished reports and presentations on new hire progress, compensation package effectiveness, and talent acquisition outcomes for review by senior leadership and C-Suite executives.
