Key Requirements

  • 5+ years product ownership or management
  • 4+ years consultative or management experience
  • Knowledge of digital practices and business case development
  • Preferred certifications such as CSPO/PSPO/SAFe POPM
  • Experience in retail banking or large enterprise contact centre operations
  • Legal eligibility to work in Canada
