Fabletics is seeking a Product Development & Production Manager for its Value Price Channels, responsible for overseeing the entire product development and production process for wholesale programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fashion and apparel manufacturing, particularly in wholesale, and be adept at managing multi-party workflows and ensuring product quality and compliance

Job Summary

  • Own the end-to-end Product Development and Production execution for wholesale partner programs, ensuring product is cost-engineered, production-ready, and executed flawlessly at large scale.
  • Manage quick-turn approval workflow milestones across wholesale partners, agents, internal cross-functional teams and suppliers, driving timely alignment and decisions that impact on-time delivery.
  • This role will be based in our El Segundo Headquarters and offers a hybrid work schedule, discretionary paid time off, and summer Fridays.
