Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Process engineering in chemical manufacturing
Process safety management (PSM, HAZOP, MOC)
Process data and KPI analysis
Scale-up and process modification projects
Collaboration with R&D and Quality teams
Nice-to-have
Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
Experience with resin, polymer, or thermoset systems
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Familiarity with safety management systems
Training development and delivery
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related discipline
5 years of process engineering experience in chemical manufacturing
Demonstrated success leading improvement projects or small engineering teams
Experience using statistical and process analysis tools (Six Sigma, SPC, DOE)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
