** Mercy Health is seeking a PLC Manager to lead a team in providing strategic and operational HR support, focusing on employee relations and workforce planning. The position emphasizes collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive cultural change within the organization. **

Job Summary

  • The PLC Manager will lead and support a team to provide timely, effective and quality PLC strategic and operational support and implementation of solutions that enable positive people and business outcomes across their portfolio.
  • Reporting to the General Manager PLC Mercy Health, and working collaboratively with the PLC Team, the PLC Manager will deliver strategic and operational PLC advice and support, including workforce planning, performance management, grievance management including investigations, conduct performance reviews, return to work including work related/non-work-related injury cases, change management, provide award and multiple public sector Enterprise Agreement interpretation, succession management and ad hoc projects.
