Job Summary

• The Per Diem / Floater Recovery Coach (RC) is an essential, non-clinical member of the care team who will provide peer recovery support services to participants with substance use disorders (SUD).
• The Floater RC will work flexibly across MGH programs and sites—including the possibility of inpatient units, the Emergency Department, outpatient clinics including low threshold Bridge Clinic, the community, adolescent services, pregnant and parenting programs, and community health centers.
• Mass General Brigham relies on a wide range of professionals, including doctors, nurses, business people, tech experts, researchers, and systems analysts to advance our mission.
