Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in facilities management
  • 3-5 years in a supervisory or management role
  • OSHA 30-hour certification required or must obtain within first year
  • Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facilities Management Professional (FMP) strongly preferred
