Primrose Post Acute is seeking a Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for night shifts to provide daily nursing care to residents in accordance with their assessment and care plans. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a 10th-grade education, possess a valid CNA license, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Summary

  • Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Assist residents with daily functions including dental and mouth care, bath functions, combing of hair, dressing and undressing as necessary.
  • Observe and report the presence of pressure areas and skin breakdowns to prevent decubitus ulcers (bedsores).
