Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Programme management experience in real estate
Formal PM credentials like PgMP or PRINCE2
Multi-disciplinary coordination across functions
Risk identification and mitigation strategies
Executive reporting and data visualization

Experience within a PMO Centre of Excellence
Proficiency with enterprise PPM tools
Knowledge of CAFM/IWMS systems
Familiarity with AI-enabled automation

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
PMI PgMP, MSP, or PRINCE2 certification
