Job Summary
The Technical Services Manager is responsible for managing the high standard of operational services in Mechanical, Electrical and public health (MEP) systems required across the Royal London portfolio.
The role requires the effective management of appointed MEP service partners to provide services within the agreed scope and budget and in accordance with their contractual obligations, SLAs and key performance indicators.
Lead in energy management for the portfolio at individual building level, ensuring buildings are operated at optimum performance and energy is closely managed and reported on.

Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years' experience at technical engineering management level
HNC or Degree in Building Service Engineering or relevant engineering subject
Professionally registered (IEng or CEng) or working towards
Membership of IWFM or AssocRICS
IOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health – accredited by NEBOSH
Extensive mechanical, electrical BEMS and SMART buildings services knowledge
