  • Develop candidate talent pipeline through multiple sourcing channels including internal applicant tracking systems, social & professional networks, employee referrals, alumni networks, social media, job boards, and search engines to identify and attract high-quality candidates globally.

Key Requirements

  • 5 years of related professional experience
  • 9 years of related professional experience in lieu of degree
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes
  • Familiarity with international talent markets
  • Proficiency in all core areas of sourcing
  • Prior experience working with SuccessFactors
