Job Summary

  • Oversees operational processes supporting the IT environment both on premise and in the cloud to ensure the environments perform within defined service level agreements.
  • The position will work closely with the Engineering team, End User Computing, and managed service partners to configure and manage processes around deployment, decommissioning, patching and updates, software packaging, backup and recovery, disaster recovery, monitoring, alerting, incident resolution, and cost management.
  • The position will also oversee Service Desk activities and ensure continued process improvement and that SLAs are adhered to.
