Job Summary
The role will be pivotal in driving talent related projects and data analysis, introducing, assessing, and reporting on relevant leadership and talent data to ensure transparency on divisional and Bank-wide themes.
Responsibilities include leading the GLTS impact dashboard, capturing impact metrics for programmes, processes, and tools to generate actionable insights and clearly demonstrate the value and impact of GLTS interventions.

Key Requirements
3-4 years of experience in HR operations/analytics/advisory/talent management/process improvement

Experience with large, matrixed organisations and remote teams
Experience with project management (HR setting ideal)
