  • The role will be pivotal in driving talent related projects and data analysis, introducing, assessing, and reporting on relevant leadership and talent data to ensure transparency on divisional and Bank-wide themes.
  • Responsibilities include leading the GLTS impact dashboard, capturing impact metrics for programmes, processes, and tools to generate actionable insights and clearly demonstrate the value and impact of GLTS interventions.
