• The Team Leader provides strong leadership and operational oversight to a team of Youth Workers delivering high-quality, client-centred services within the Townsville Youth Alcohol and Other Drugs Residential Rehabilitation Program.
• This role is responsible for ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and development of young people while maintaining compliance with The Salvation Army's policies, procedures, and values.
