This position manages the reports, administration and sales contracts/assets for the IBS system, collaborating cross functionally to manage the process and systems that track and report sales activity.
Responsibilities include creating and documenting processes, performing P&L duties, coordinating meetings and customer visits, managing calendars, editing and distributing contracts, and analyzing sales data to identify trends.
The role requires strong analytical, quantitative, and qualitative analysis skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to handle demanding deadlines with limited supervision.
