Labcorp is seeking a Client Customer Service Support Representative to provide exceptional customer service in a remote setting, handling a high volume of calls related to client billing and claims. Candidates should have at least one year of customer service experience, with a preference for those with healthcare or medical backgrounds

Job Summary

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner averaging 50-60 calls per day, following approved standard operating procedures to resolve denied claims.
  • Evaluate current policies and SOP’s, giving recommendations for process improvements while handling sensitive information confidentially.
