The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants.
The role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility to maintain the highest degree of quality care.
Employees must be willing to work night shifts and participate in facility surveys and inspections made by authorized government agencies.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program or accredited college

Must remain in good standing with State Board of Nursing
