Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or related business field
Master’s degree preferred
10+ years experience in semiconductor service, sales, or business development
Minimum 7 years management experience overseeing 15+ people
Established relationships with Japan’s leading-edge customers
Strong communication and negotiation skills in Japanese and English
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s with 12+ years or Master’s with 10+ years experience
