Directors effectively collaborate with Huron and client senior leaders to architect and implement goal-achieving enterprise technology solutions while delivering remarkable results that meet - but usually exceed - specified engagement objectives.
The estimated base salary range for this job is $175,000 - $225,000. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $227,500 - $303,750.

Key Requirements
Minimum 7 years of related experience implementing or using Workday
Minimum 3 years of related project leadership experience
NUST HAVE implementation experience with Higher Ed client or cleints
Willingness to travel up to 50%
Holds active Workday Certification (Financials preferred)
