Proven track record leading complex sensitive investigations
Experience navigating distinct labour landscapes across EMEA

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
Preferably CIPD qualified
Extensive experience in France, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Italy, Spain
Experience managing interactions with Trade Unions and government bodies
