Job Summary

  • As a Valuation Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of asset valuations across a diverse range of private market funds, including real estate, infrastructure, and carbon removal portfolios.
  • You will lead reviews, documentations, and sign‑offs of asset valuations, while maintaining and enhancing the AIFM valuation review framework to ensure strong controls and governance are firmly embedded and operating effectively.
  • The role works closely with portfolio and asset management teams, other areas of operations and risk teams In Europe and UK.

Key Requirements

  • Understanding of Governance of an AIFM/Management Company
  • Sound understanding of valuation methodologies
  • Proven technical experience in valuation
  • Knowledge of Fund Accounting (Lux GAAP and IFRS) is a plus
  • CFA, CAIA, ICAEW, ACCA (or equivalent) is a plus
