  • Clean and sterilize surgical instruments
  • Educate pet owners
  • Place IV catheters and draw blood
  • Run in-house bloodwork
  • Take x-rays
  • Maintain patient records
  • Prep and read cytology
  • Clean cages and facilities
  • Work in fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with blood and surgery
  • Stand for long periods
  • Lift 40 pounds alone

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of Avimark
  • Bilingual English/Spanish

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year experience as a veterinary technician/assistant
  • LVT or CVA preferred
