Key Requirements
Current Registered Nurse license in state of practice
Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required within four years if less than 12 months experience
Valid compact license transfer within 60 days
Experience in medical orthopedic nursing preferred
