Skills & Requirements
Must-have
PLC programming and troubleshooting
Allen-Bradley RSLogix/Studio5000 expertise
Preventative and corrective maintenance
Reading wiring diagrams and control schematics
5+ years hands-on maintenance experience
Nice-to-have
Experience with Industry 4.0 Smart Factory systems
Familiarity with SCADA and MES systems
Exposure to robotics like Fanuc or KUKA
Knowledge of Industrial IoT systems
Mentoring junior technicians
Key Requirements
Associate degree or technical diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience
PLC programming certification or equivalent experience
Proficiency with Allen-Bradley platforms
Experience with Ethernet/IP and ProfiNet networking
