Manage and coach continuous improvement resources by providing hands-on guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure effective execution of initiatives while remaining actively involved in the work.
Track results, adoption, and sustainability of process changes, monitoring progress to ensure that improvements are maintained and continue to deliver value over time.
