Must-have
6 years end-to-end payroll processing experience
2-3 years supervisory experience in payroll
Multi-country payroll regulations knowledge APAC
Expertise in ADP Workday SAP ServiceNow platforms
Strong project management and organizational capabilities
Nice-to-have
Proven ability to coach and develop team members
Experience working in international organizations across cultures
Initiative and commitment to process improvement
