Define and communicate the end-to-end product vision and technical strategy spanning sales order management, pricing, billing, and customer experience across OTC and Commerce Cloud.
Collaborate with technical product owners to prioritize the full technical backlog, including non-functional requirements, platform maintenance, and technical debt.
Serve as a senior escalation point for complex or systemic production issues, leading root cause analysis and long-term remediation planning.
