Must-have
8+ years biotech manufacturing experience
Emerson Syncade MES expertise required
Manage team of approximately 40 employees
Knowledge of cGMP GXP and 21CFR part 11
Experience with Purdue reference model
Proficiency in OPC BACNet ODBC SQL Web API
Nice-to-have
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for people management and mentorship
Ability to innovate scalable solutions
Familiarity with InfoBatch reporting tools
Experience working with US and EU teams
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or science (MS preferred)
Minimum 5 years experience managing employee talent
Prior experience working with global teams in US and EU
Working knowledge of S88 and S95 standards
Understanding of Electronic Batch Records and Review by Exception
