  • The primary purpose of this job position is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and as may be directed by facility administration.
  • Essential duties include maintaining employee records, coordinating schedules, assisting employees with forms, and consulting with nursing staff to address staffing and scheduling issues.
  • The role also involves attending committee meetings, assisting with interviews for CNAs, confirming licenses/certifications, and ensuring a warm, personal, and positive atmosphere.
