The New Product Introduction (NPI) Stack Team works on advanced process development for new stack and stack component designs, new materials and innovative high volume manufacturing methods for our factories of the future.
This role will report to Director, Development Engineer and is based in San Jose, CA.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Materials Science Engineering or related discipline
8+ years in Process and/or Product Development
Proficiency in DOE, statistical analysis, process control using JMP or other software
Strong communication skills
Strong level of ownership, accountability and drive
Demonstrated experience in process development and/or process transfer
