10+ years project controls experience
Construction and data centre sector exposure
Automated reporting and data pipeline deployment
Power BI Primavera P6 Procore proficiency
EMEA portfolio integrated project controls
Process standardization and optimization
Nice-to-have
APM qualification preferred
Formal Operational Excellence or PMO background
Full data centre lifecycle familiarity
Experience mentoring multi-country teams
Culture of relentless innovation and ownership
Key Requirements
Degree in engineering, technology, or programme management
10 or more years of project controls experience
Experience with scheduling, risk, change, and cost governance
Awareness of applicable construction regulations and standards
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data
