Must-have
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate both English and Thai
Nice-to-have
Experience with SMQDC-P methodology
Knowledge of 5M components (Man, Machine, Method, Material, Measurement)
