Job Summary
We are looking for experienced policy research professionals to lead our work in the area of home affairs and security for the European Commission.
Your main responsibilities will include winning and leading implementation of policy research and evaluation services, proposal development, and managing project teams.
The successful candidate will have a Master’s degree and at least 8-10 years of professional experience in research, analysis, and evaluation within the European context.

Key Requirements
Master's degree in law, political science, economics, social sciences, public policy or related
8-10 years professional experience in research, analysis, evaluation
Experience with consultancy for EU institutions is an asset
Experience conducting EU level research and evaluation
Strong qualitative and/or quantitative evaluation and analytical skills
Proven ability to manage medium or large-scale projects
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Fluency in English and at least one other European language
