Job Summary
This role ensures the consistent Safe & GXP compliant delivery of all facility related functions, including facility maintenance operations, infrastructure management, and workplace experience.
The successful candidate will also lead the FM organization to become a high performing team, providing leadership and mentoring for professional and personal development.
As a peer on the Facilities Management (subregional team Belgium), the role will work closely with these peers to align the site with and achieve the subregional FM goals.
